——这些研究致力于开创人类健康的染色质医学时代,发展以染色质三维结构为基础的医学应用,研发针对癌症的first in class的诊断和药物,具有划时代的意义。

——这些研究致力于建立以DNA序列为基础的多尺度和介尺度模型,寻找肿瘤发生发展各阶段的染色质结构变化规律,寻找不同阶段、不同组织、不同癌症的癌细胞染色质结构在多个尺度上的共性,研究癌变中细胞异质性与共性间的联系。

——这些研究致力于寻找癌变中染色质结构变化的共同点,寻找碱基突变和表观遗传性质改变在肿瘤发生中的规律和相互作用,发展以染色质结构和表观遗传修饰为核心的癌症发生发展机制的统一理论框架。
